part of music/digital matters week in Singapore.
all thanks to my friend Carl, who invited me to the party,
we were all induldging ourselves in Belvedere vodka to the sounds Tony McGuinness of the trance trio, Above & Beyond.
bumped into a couple of familiar faces which is always nice to catch up and some bands who were scheduled to play at the event at Clarke Quay were also mingling in the crowd at the party.
some of them include Hill Kourkoutis, Saidah Baba Talibah, Lucas Silveira, Danielle Duval or collectively known as Hill & The Sky Heroes.. :)

also, towards the end of the party, as i was getting a wee tipsy,
i tripped onto half a pair of Converse as i was returning to the party from the washroom..
guess who?
Chuck Comeau's of simple plan's, who was scheduled to speak at the Music Matters conference later that week.
it was almost surreal speaking to him in that state of mind but i could remember vaguely what we were talking about until he mentioned he remembered me from the airport in jan when the band came to town as part of the Get Your Heart On tour.
and he was so confident he met me at the airport.
well, i was stunned.
we spoke about some random stuff about how he was amazed by after 3/4 connecting flights,
his luggage still managed to land with him after 20 add hours of flying.. HA HA
and then we went on to talk about what i have been doing,
what simple plan is up to and making sure he didnt try to sneak away the other four members in his hotel room upstairs blah blah..
it was good fun..
